Privacy

This is a personal website. It does not run ads, sell anything, or track you across other sites. It sets no cookies of its own and has no accounts or sign-ins.

Server logs

The web server keeps the usual logs to keep the site running: your IP address, the page you asked for, the time, and your browser’s name. They are deleted after about two weeks.

Visit counts

Cloudflare, which sits in front of the site, adds its Web Analytics beacon to each page. It counts page views and which pages are read, without cookies and without following you to other sites.

Fonts and videos

The typefaces load from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google for them. A video here shows a still picture first, sometimes served by YouTube; the player itself, from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com, loads only when you press play. Once it does, YouTube’s own privacy policy applies to it.

The contact form

The contact form sends me what you type, by email, and nothing else. The website does not save a copy. The mail server keeps a one-line note that a message went out, not what it said.

Training pages

The rides and workouts on the training pages are my own, drawn from my own Garmin data. Nothing about you is collected there.

Odin

Odin, the assistant that helps me publish here, connects to my own Google account to post videos to my YouTube channel. It reads and writes only my own data and never anyone else’s.

Please do not reuse, repost or sell them, or use them to train AI, without my written permission. A link back to the page is always welcome.
